About the Company
LNB Construction Ltd is a building company based in the North Pembrokeshire area. Specialising in new builds, extensions, restorations and renovations. We work with our own team and selected local tradesman to deliver your project.
We offer a full service from groundworks to completion and handover.
We are committed to the development of skills in the industry and are members of the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) and currently have a number of apprentices in training in West Wales.

About the History
LNB Construction Ltd was Established in 2013 by Luke Barrett. Since then the company has grown and we have constructed multiple properties and renovations for a range of clients. In 2015 LNB Construction was awarded the LABC award for best small housing site for its first project Panteg Rd Solva.

About the People
Luke Barrett is the owner and manager of LNB Construction Ltd. Following a degree in Civil Engineering, Luke was employed by a large civils contractor in the Bristol area. On relocation to Pembrokeshire he spent a number of years working as a project manager and engineer for a well regarded local company. Luke is skilled in both traditional, modern and sustainable building practices.
